Viewings can be taken on your behalf at one or more properties that you wish for us to view for you. Each viewing will include personally shot photos of the property, indoors and outdoors in addition to areas within a close proximity to the property, as well as any other key features, landmarks or notable venues closeby.

If you prefer a live tour as we view the property for you, this can be arranged as well. Live tours can take place via Google Video, Facebook Video, Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp Video or another video related platform we both can use, which you prefer.

Working with you, we can proactively try to spot any issues we can see with the property from a visual perspective and take photos of those for you as well. 

Lastly, we can feedback to you any odd smells or issues we spotted or felt whilst touring the property. Obviously some elements will be opinion based.
